Return Policy

"What? You think you can break up with me?? Ha, don’t be crazy. You and me… This is forever!"



You have 30 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it with the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unworn and in its original condition with the original packaging.


Getting it back to us

  • E-mail lauren@shopneonbeige.com for a Return or Exchange # (no returns/exchanges will be accepted without it).
  • Once you receive the Return or Exchange # -Pack the box securely with the copy of your original packing list and the return authorization form. 
  • Please write the Return or Exchange # on the exterior of the box in big print.
  • Address the return to: Elite Logistics and Fulfillment. Attn: Neon Beige, 305 Sequoia, Ontario, CA 91761. 
  • Return it to us prepaid using Fedex, UPS or USPS. Please make sure to get and keep the tracking #. We cannot accept any collect shipments.



Once we receive your item, we will check to make sure it is in its original unused condition. We will notify you by email within 1 business day that it has been received and approved.

All exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days. In the event the replacement is not yet available we will contact you to let you know when to expect it.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment) within 10 working days. The credit will appear on your next billing statement depending on your issuing bank and/or credit cycle. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping charges.



You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
